Welcome to the Well-Being Hub.
The Well-Being Hub is open and dedicated to supporting expectant mums, and babies of pre-school age, is open in Rhyl’s White Rose Centre and is open Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm for visits.
We have created an environment where mothers and their babies can drop in and feel supported. Here you can meet other mums, socialise and develop a network that makes mothers feel included and feel safe.
Included in our big plans created to change the lives of women, we deliver holistic therapies and life coaching, family-friendly cooking on a budget, cost of living advice, support on maximising income potential, employment/self-employment opportunities, and benefits help.

Baby Essentials Swap Shop
We have loved opening the first-ever sustainable baby essentials swapping service for growing babies in North Wales. You will find the swap shop inside the Well-Being Hub.
It’s a place where Mums can come to swap all kinds of baby items. We don’t need to buy new when we can share items in perfect condition and make a conscious effort to shop more sustainably and give to others.
We take all sorts of good clean and well-cared-for baby equipment and often take requests if the mother is in need of something important such as sterilising equipment or car seats.
If you would like more information you can call the Hub or message directly using Facebook Messenger.
